Larger dual run capacitor installed than spec'd by manufacturer

Hi, I recently purchased a used house and I'm just kind of going through the A/C systems before the summer. The house has two identical units. I noticed that 1 unit has a 70/5 cap and the other has a 80/5 cap. Previous homeowner told me that the unit with 80/5 cap has had the compressor changed twice within a 2 year period. The same A/C unit was not functioning properly when I purchased the house and I hired an HVAC Tech to come look at it. A leak at the evaporator was found. The previous homeowner agreed to have it repaired/replaced. She ended up having the air handler replaced with a supposedly larger Lennox unit...I have several questions concerning this but it's a different topic so I'll make another post. My main question concerns the capacitor for the compressor and what I should replace it with. It is a '1 Source' cap and I tested the fan capacitance on the dual cap to be out of spec so I would like to replace it with a new one. I cannot find any information on the compressor that was installed in the unit. Should I replace it with another 80/5? The unit is spec'd for a 70/5. Here is information on what I have:

-York 5 Ton 13SEER Heat Pump

-Model #E1RD060S06B

-Manufacturer date 2007

-Located in AZ USA
