Seeking advice regarding HVAC / ventilation / dehumidification of an enclosed swimspa indoor pool room please (Serious)

Hello, husband and I are at a standstill on a 2 year project that has been the procurement and refurbishing of a very large Swim Spa and building an addition room off the back of our detached garage to house it. We spent the time and effort to have contractors and building inspectors guide us along the way, it's going nicely and we have had no major issues thus far. Currently the room is built, concrete floor, the original garage roof was raised and tied into the new one to give extra headspace, the swim spa (16'x6'x5') is in there, empty and waiting for the room to be right before we start messing with it. We are installing vapor barrier behind greenboard drywall, have installed an industrial ceiling fan, and there are two 6' windows along the longest wall in addition to a walk door to the exterior and one to the garage. This room is 16'x28' with 12' ceiling. We live in the Midwest so all four seasons here, I have an earth stove pellet heater that could be installed for heating, we are holding off on that to see if there is a better option. I hope I've provided enough basic info, please let me know if you need more or I can post photos.

My question is regarding humidity and air exchange. The concern of chlorine gas buildup and moisture / mold being a problem had led us to look at a mini split system plus essentially a glorified bath vent fan for air exchange. I was hesitant to get on board with this because I've read that chlorine will rust out the (expensive) mini split in a few years and a bath fan isn't pulling fresh air into the space. We also started looking at whole house dehumidifiers but we are out of our depth with how everything works together. I understand this will be a pricey box to tick but I'd rather spend a bit now to avoid a disastrous situation down the road. We called a local HVAC company out to have a look and was told they have never dealt with an indoor pool, they have a guy who comes to them every Friday and they'll get back to us. We've not heard anything since.

What would be the best option for 1. Fresh air exchange to deal with the chlorine build up 2. Dehumidification but not to the point that it's counter productive and pulling water off the pool, and 3. Heating / cooling to maintain an ideal environment and make everything work together smooth and efficiently. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
