These are fairly easy to replace on your own, with dozens of videos showing you how. But even if you want leave it to a pro, you can buy one (make sure you get a compatible one, check your model number and manual) for usually under $20. Your repair guy will charge significantly more.
If you do decide to replace it yourself, take several pictures of your wires so you can do it everything back the way it was before you started. When you take out the old run-cap, you can usually tell it's bad just by looking at it. If it's bulging, you see powder marks, or just looks like it was rode hard and put away wet, it's probably bad.
