I think a dodgy builder company messed with my boiler system. Help and advice needed.

Been at odds with a building company working in my block (3 flats across 3 stories) and a large leak appeared last week. The water coming from the leak (from underneath the boiler) smelled like toilet water - sewerage - in the bucket I used to catch the water.

Also, the radiators have been leaking the same pungent smelling water, ruining a carpet and making my bedroom absolutely stinking. It's a combi boiler so the water should be coming into the house fresh and not from any sort of tank.

I'm not even sure how it is possible. They have access to both the flat above and below mine, both of which are empty, as well as my flat, but I have no idea how this could be done? But the problem is real and exists nonetheless.

So really what I want to know is how they could reroute toilet water to a pipe meant for heating the radiators. Any help would be much appreciated.
