Will rheem let me switch from rheem furnaces to Ruud as my main furnace line?

My local rheem supply house is a nightmare to deal with. I want to continue with rheem products but don’t want to deal with this supply house. Anyone have any experience switching from rheem to Ruud? I know they are identical, but will rheem allow the switch?
