A few questions on converting from oil to gas and which unit to get

I am thinking about converting our oil heater to a gas central air system. Converting to gas and getting a gas line is pretty reasonable, about 700bucks, but I’m not sure about the systems. I got 2 proposals. One was $10,600 for a carrier 95% afue, gas exams furnace. That all comes with the install, supply and return duct connections and removal of oil tank. The other proposal is for $8,500 for a ducane 95% afue gas furnace and a 2 1/2 13 seer condenser with matching Evap coil. This includes the installation and the supply and duct installations and removal of oil tank. I am just trying to find out if they are good prices and which is the better option.
