Has anyone bought or started their own residential HVAC outfit? I’ve spent the last 10 years in the commercial world, all as sales, engineering, estimating, and project management.
I’ve been thinking about owning my own residential company for a few years. I’m now unemployed and trying to decide what to do next. The last few years in commercial HVAC were miserable. I could easily get a job doing what I previously did for another contractor, but really don’t want to go back into that world.
Just looking for someone with experience starting their own company to talk to about it.
