Awfully loud noise with outside unit

Hello,

each passing year my HVAC makes more and more noise, especially in the summer when the AC kick's in. It's still noisy in the winter but nowhere close.

After disabling all breakers, I've opened the unit outside (not thoroughly mind you), cleaned everything, checked for loose screws or bolts... but nothing I could see seemed wrong.

Now, I've learned (probably too late) to disable the AC by cold temperatures in winter (the last homeowner did not told me that I had to), so it might all started there.

I'm not even sure which part makes all the noise, and I'm pretty new to all this. I recorded a short video. If someone could help me, I would prefer to fix it myself but if I need to call an expert I would also like to know.

If it matters, the unit works well, even with all the noise. I have great neighbours so I had no complain yet, but I would hope to fix everything before it happens.

I'll take any advice you may have :)
