Hey all, we are replacing the 23+ year old furnace/ac in the house we bought last year. We have very similarly priced estimates from similarly reliable companies (4.5+ star reviews, 15+ years in business). I have really liked the Lennox sales person and he is the most local company; in addition, he provided the most complex level of work (bringing certain things up to code and making the filter more accessible), despite the same price. However, he is a Lennox dealer and I have heard mixed things regarding Lennox. What is reddit HVAC's opinion of this brand, both in reliability and ability/cost to repair (were issues to occur)? Both other estimates were Bryant, FWIW.
