Condensate Pump Placement

I have a 3 ton cooling system at home, and have to re-do the PVC for the condensate drain line. Problem is I believe I'm going to need a pump in order to get it to drain properly, but I don't know exactly where I should place it. Here's a diagram: http://imgur.com/2vI3vZx

• I would like to place the pump right by the coil with Option A, but I don't know if that would work or not.
