Blower leaves something to be desired. Ground floor cools ok, upstairs not so much. Had Home Depot HVAC out and they said system was fine and functioning normally. It's an older brick colonial, 1949 construction, plaster walls. I've added insulation in the roof, not sure the attic fan works but there is both ridge vent and attic vent too. Thoughts? Get a second opinion?
