[Help] Previous owner did a hackjob on our HVAC. It's leaking. Advice?

Our condensation drain pipe started leaking, we only realized because the rug was soaking wet. (Hvac is walled off as it's a furnished basement)

Here's a picture of the pipe: http://imgur.com/s2eNKEs

This was coated in a ton of flashing. We saw the leak was coming from the bottom of the flashing just below the pipe, so I peeled it back.

It looks like where the white PVC meets the black outlet is cracked, and it's leaking there. I can't get the adapter off and from the looks of the connection it looks like it was welded together with pvc glue. I'd normally hacksaw it off but it's glued right into the hvac...

My question is how do I properly fix it? I can't afford an expensive fix and I don't have a ton of tools on hand. I'd really hate to do something so hacky like fiberfix but we definitely need AC before tomorrow.

How would you go about fixing this? Thanks.
