Help Choosing a New System! X-Posted to r/HVACadvice

Hi all! We bought our house last fall knowing that the HVAC system would be in need of replacement soon. We made it through the whole winter happy with our furnace, but now that it's heating up outside we're finding issues with the A/C. We've gotten a few quotes, and want to get your opinion.

About the house:

2-story colonial, 2272sqft + 800sqft finished basement

Built in 2003 with a builder's grade HVAC system

Located in Maryland

Option 1 - $7545 - Lennox ML180 Furnace (1-stage, 80%) + Lennox 14ACX A/C (1-stage, 14 SEER) + 10-year Parts Warranty

Option 2 - $7793 - Carrier 58PHA Furnace (1-stage, 80%) + Carrier 24AAA6 A/C (1-stage, 16 SEER) + 10-year Parts & Labor Warranty

Option 3 - $7947 - Carrier 58CVA Furnace (2-stage, 80%) + Carrier 24ANB6 A/C (1-stage, 16 SEER) + 10-year Parts & Labor Warranty

Option 4 - $9099 - Carrier 58CVA Furnace (2-stage, 80%) + Carrier 24ANB7 A/C (2-stage, 17 SEER) + 10-year Parts & Labor Warranty

Option 5 - $9464 - Lennox SL280 Furnace (2-stage, 80%) + Lennox XC21 A/C (2-stage, 21 SEER) + Integrated Dehumidifier + iComfort WiFi Thermostat + 10-year Parts & Labor Warranty

Thank you in advance!
