My portable air conditioner stopped putting out cold air after a few 90+ hot days.

It still sounds like it works fine and the compressor sounds like it kicks in but I'm no expert. I accidentally ran it past the maximum spec. Doesn't put any heat out on the exhaust either. Can I fix this?
