Unit : Lennox ml180uh Problem + crummy explanation: When the air conditioning is running there is no noticeable issues. It cools well and makes no noise beyond the standard air movement. A couple second after the cooling cycle ends there is a pause before a noticeable whirring noise / high pitched oscillating humming noise starts until the next cooling cycle starts. It's not a squeal and not a typical angry seized motor noise. I checked the blower fan and found a piece of shrink wrap from a filter, but removing that did not make the sound go away. The air handling fan did not have any play either. It spun easily by hand with no noise or drag. Anything I should look for or should I shell out and call one of you?
