I've had a Nest for several years with no issues. Not sure if this problem is with the unit or the thermostat. When I have the unit cooling the outside fan will not shut off. I guess that's the compressor. The only way it will shut off is on the breaker. Some days it's not that hot outside and the pipe to the unit will freeze over.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks ahead of time!
