Useful information to write down and keep on me

Fresh outta school and have been job shadowing a company. I finished Friday and find out if I land the job Monday or Tuesday. The two people I shadowed said that they're going to push for me to get the job.

Well whether I get the job or not I would like some information to reference that I can look back on for this job, or another job. So far I have

  1. 400cfm per ton
  2. 12000 btus in a ton
  3. Delta t for supply and return 18-20 degrees
  4. Superheat and subcool

I don't necessarily not have this stuff memorized, it's just nice to have something to reference. If anybody could please give me some more numbers and things to remember that would be amazing! Whatever it's for heating or cooling
