I just started a new career in the HVAC field, specifically working with Johnson Controls products. I really want to excel at this job, I am motivated. There is so much information to take in on the job but I don't know how to study at home. Could someone recommend me a good basic text on AC and ventilation. Also, what is a common major that people in this field go into for school? I am an IT major (Associate's Degree), and am considering majoring in a Bachelor's Degree geared towards HVAC. Thanks in advance for any replies. I really appreciate any help.
