First time furnace buyer. Just want to know whats a fair price

I've got a 1400 square foot home and we are switching to a gas furnace. The first quote I got from one of or local HVAC shops is for a trane xv95 with variable speed motor and "comfort r" for $4,975 installed. They need to install about 20 feet of flue and they are going to keep the coil from my heat pump and or ac unit. I don't know a lot about HVAC and I'm looking for some guidance. I've got another company coming next week but I'm open to suggestions.
