Heat pump outdoor fan won't run.

I had a bad dual run capacitor replaced a week ago. Suddenly a week later the fan stops running. Won't even stick start.

I can hear the switch close on the call for Cooling but nothing after that. Checked it has juice.

I check the new capacitor and it tests fine. I tested the impedance on the motor windings and all seems fine. Reseated all the connections. there doesn't seem to be much else to test.

Thoughts on something else to test before I call my tech back on a dumb problem?
