Goodman system fan motor over amping

About a year and a half ago we had our condenser fan motor replaced on a Goodman Ckt361ab. Then last year the system over heated a few times and the fan shut off. I didn't realize this wasn't normal and I just assumed it was due to its age. This year the fan started shutting down more frequently so I called the repair guy back over. He concluded that the motor was over amping and that the bearings were bad and the motor needed to be replaced. The next day the fan motor shut down again. He then replaced it a third time and the motor was still over amping. The guy threw up his hands and left me without a motor and now I'm stuck fixing it myself. The guy said the only thing it could be is a bad batch of Mars motors. I also tested the run cap and it's good. I plan on buying either a Packard motor or the original Goodman fan motor. I just want to know if anyone else knows of any other thing that could be causing the fan motor to over amp. The replacement motor is an 825rpm
