Ice-air units don't last, what other companies should i be looking into for ptac units?

had multiple ice air units, have not had one that didn't crap out on me within 2-3 years and need parts replaced. their customer service is completely apathetic and unhelpful as well. Hoping for a better experience with a new company and new unit. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks
