Need Help Finding a Replacement Condenser Fan

My condenser fan motor is starting to stop moving when it gets hot. The unit is over 20 years old and I'm having trouble locating the exact replacement. The logo branding on the housing is "Villager", the branding on the motor itself is "Emerson".

Here is the information I got from the label on the actual fan motor:

EMERSON MODEL K55HXCYS-6694 HP 1/10 VOLT 208-230 HZ 60 AMP 1.0 PH 1 R.P.M. 825 THERMALLY PROTECTED PART NO HQ1064885EM M.F.G.NO G94 2 INS CL B 40C AIR OVER CONT FRAME 48V

I don't know a whole lot about A/C Repair, but I've done quite a bit of electronics and computer work and it looks like this part is easy to get to and easy to replace assuming I have the right replacement.

I was hoping you guys could link me to a replacement I can purchase online. I understand that this specific model might be hard to locate because of it's age, but maybe you more experienced guys could recommend a different part that would fit this unit. I don't know if I've provided enough info or not, so please let me know if there is something else I can give you.

Here is a picture of the spec sheet on the outside of the unit's housing:

Thanks for all the help guys. I don't have money to replace the whole thing so, I'm really hoping I can fix this myself. Georgia Summer heat is making it really toasty inside right now.
