Hello, Last year I had the HVAC units at our house replaced with two each of Trane's XV18 and XC95 (or 8 something) with the XL950 thermostats.
Last night one of the units was not cooling and the thermostat reported an error code of 126.00. I have my dealer scheduled to come out and look at that, but while I was messing around with the Nexia website I noticed that there are many disconnected / connected events in the history. 26 and 20 disconnects for the downstairs and upstairs unit respectively. My hvac answerinig service said that I was "overthinking" it.
Any thoughts? Also, i thought it was weird that no alarms show up in the Nexia event log. Am I doing something wrong? The only alert I can find that I can set is a high / low temperature.
