Rude customers

Just wanted to see how my fellow hvac techs deal with rude customers. On my side of the fence i have the final say, if a customer decides to get threating or disrespectful i walk away, like i said i make the call, so where do you draw the line? Ive dealt with people with dementia being taken care of, and i dont think any of it, but once im being disresected i walk, not cause i want to, but becuse id hate to be a liability to the company i work for.so hvac where do you say go fuck yourself, find someone else
