What's making this noise? - Video included

Hey Guys,

First of all, I wanna thank you for taking the time to help me out with this. The noise has been driving me up the wall.

For as long as I've been in this apartment the AC has been louder than frig, but recently this rattling/squeaking sound has been getting worse and worse. Mid summer in New York means the system is on a bunch and I just want to get it fixed so I can sleep/live peacefully.

• I'm in the basement, the system is in a closet in this basement
• You can only hear the sound in the basement
• Same sound for both cold and hot
• Here's a video of the sound

Would love to try and fix it myself but if it needs a guy I'll start the process of begging the landlords to fix it.
