tldr/main issue first: HVAC has come by 4 times and only cleaned or topped off refrigerant and said everything else was OK. It was blowing lukewarm in the house again today @7 and I went out to check the outside unit, it was blowing cool air from the fan of the outside unit when it normally blows warm or hot. I started spraying the radiator with the water hose again like usual, it made a noise and started blowing out warm air. I continued to spray the radiator for another 5 minutes and it's blowing cool inside now.
The whole upstairs system is about 5 years old. It stops blowing cold around the 2-8pm time slot of the day. I'll even try going out and spraying the radiator part with water hose(no pressure nozzle just the hose) every other day or so when it stars blowing warm to try and make it cool down.
The first time the HVAC company came out the tech thought there was a clog in the line and would have to come back.
Second time the guy said there was no clog and just cleaned it with solution and sprayer. I clean it a few times a year with the water hose.
Third time the tech said it was a little low on refrigerant, topped it off.
Fourth time the guy said it was leaking and was 1lb low on refrigerant.
It was working slightly better but still gets up to 80 degree's with a small window unit supplementing the bedroom above garage.
