AC won't turn on after cleaning it.

I just got done rinsing my AC out in the tub. I assembled it put it back in the window plugged it in and nothing. I don't have the slightest idea what I could have done, this is the first time I've cleaned out an air conditioner I think I was a little rough setting it down.
