I have a dual fan in my bedroom window, will the room cool faster with both fans sucking cool air inside, both fans blowing warm air outside, or one in and one out in the exchange mode?

I also have another window open next to the fan and more windows open on that floor, so it's not a closed system. I should also note that it is cooler outside than it is in the room.
