[Question] Air Filters are getting wet. Is there an issue?

I've recently moved into a new apartment and have been having issues with the air conditioner. It looked like the previous tenant hadn't changed the air filter once, it had a couple inches of dust caked on the outside of it. I managed to convince the landlord to have an AC company come out and do a tune up on the system to make sure everything was in working order. This was all a little over a month ago.

I used flash on the second picture, so hopefully you can see through the holes in the grate a bit. I recorded this short video explaining everything:

It might be hard to see, but there's water droplets all over the grate. They fall straight down onto the metal area beneath it. You can see some of the wet spots. If I remember correctly, the AC employees that came in to check the unit just kinda sprayed it with a hand-pump sprayer when they came to do the tune up.

So, is this normal? Should I report this to the landlord to try to get it fixed?
