At a loss need some help

I have a 20 ton Trane chiller unit run in glycol as the cooling medium. Been having issues with the unit tripping on low sickroom superheat. Now let me give you a little background here. I'm a certified hvac technician with my universal EPA licenses. I've worked on every chiller and rtu make there is and I've never encountered this issue. At this point I've even had three different, highly qualified, Trane chiller technicians take a look at this unit. They have plugged into it with their computers and programs, replaced nearly every sensor and addressed every issue that could cause low suction super heat. Still the unit consistently trips on low suction superheat, numerous times a day. There's no explanation for it. Maybe an electrical glitch? I don't know and at this point neither does any tech I've had look at it. The unit is only three years old. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
