How do you pros handle energy company rebates?

My electricity company will give me a rebate to switch from a natural gas furnace to a heat pump.

My gas company will give me a rebate to switch from a heat pump to a natural gas furnace.

The unit I have installed is a Carrier 4 ton AC/Heat Pump with supplemental gas. Where does this put me?
