AC is blowing but the air is not cold

I am a new home owner and this is my first time turning on the system.

So far I have figured out that the filter is good and that there is no water coming out of the condensate line, which I think it should since I live in Pennsylvania and its humid

Any help or tips on what to check are appreciated
