I'm a bit out of my element here, I'm an IT worker but the temperature has always been an issue in our building. My company is in a large open area that was tens of thousands in square feet, but a 90 foot long or so wall was put down the middle, and on the half we're not on the power to the AC unit was shut off completely.
The owner of the building claims everything is independent of each other and it doesn't affect us, but I have access to the program to adjust temperature setpoints (RC Studio) and there has always been weird stuff going on, like the air temps coming out of the vents are much higher in our area like they're trying to compensate for the temperature being too low on the other side.
I manually set all of the temp sensors to constantly read 20C and put the setpoint at 20C so it thinks everything is perfect over there and things have been much better, but we always run into the issue when it's cold out, it's cold inside and when it's hot out it's hot inside (temperature can fluctuate by 15 degrees C every other day in our climate).
Also one last question, while adjusting the set points I have the option to put them on "Manual" or "Auto", while on Auto I can still enter a temperature value, but I'm confused what the difference is.
