Goodman - 3 Lights - Won't ignite

Installed: Late 2011

Error Code: 3 Blinks, Pressure Switch Open

Troubleshooting completed so far:

Followed this video

Picture of furnace inners, along with #s

1. Ensured pressure hose was clean, took off both ends
2. Poked both ends of the valves (1, 2) with paperclip to ensure no buildup
3. Vacuumed exhaust vent from inside the house, visually inspected outside, no visible blockages
4. With the Thermostat set on HEAT, ON, the blower goes however the igniter doesn't

5. If I suck on the #1 end of the tube (#2 side still connected) for approximately 10-15 seconds, I see the igniter begin turning bright orange/red. I typically stop at this point as to not burn off my face.

6. What can my next step be? Should I be able to feel/hear the 'draft inducer blower' spinning? Is it something to do with the blower?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
