Looking for suggestions on 2nd floor cooling

I've got a 2 story house in the Chicago land area about 2800 sq ft. The front of my home faces west so it gets blasted with sun late in the day. 2 carrier air handlers from 1990 both in the basement and it looks as though both have had the fan motors replaced. Last year the capacitor was replaced for the 2nd floor unit. The condensers are I believe 2.5 ton for 2nd floor and 3 for first floor both are newer than furnaces.

The first floor cools no problem.

The second floor unit struggles to cool when its hot out. I've realized I have 3 supply trunks to upstairs. 1 to the master bedroom, and the remaining 2 to the other 3 bedrooms. I've got a few return ducts as well. I did the Kleenex test and it holds on the returns. Closing the damper on any of the supplies significantly increases flow to the other rooms.

My attic is insulated with what I believe is R30 insulation and have a powered attic exhaust fan and 4 passive roof vents.

I am looking to somehow cool the second floor better / more evenly. Not sure if that is adding more insulation in the attic or if it's as simple as cleaning my furnace blower. It looked as though it has some dust build up.

I've had techs out last year and they say all is well. Open to any and all incite, thanks in advance.
