My AC isn't cooling as well as usual. I notice the following symptoms:
- outdoor AC unit seems to run a bit louder than usual
- AC is still cooling overall, but not as good as before
- There is an exterior insulated line connected to the exterior AC unit that has ice on it
- There is some moisture at the base of the exterior AC unit
What might the problem be? How can I fix it? Thanks for any advise.
