Rheem furnace not working. Please help!

I have this old house furnace (possibly Rheem RGDO - 10ECAJR) that recently stopped working. I changed the thermostat. That did not help.

I have also changed the hot surface ignitor (see video link below). The flame sensor is also thoroughly cleaned.

Here is what I got so far: The hot surface ignitor seems to be working (glowing very red hot). There is not enough gas coming out (I do smell gas but there is no flame at all). The flame sensor correct cuts of gas after about 7 seconds, when the gas smell dissipates.

What should be my next step? Money is tight right now. I would like to do everything I can before calling for help.
