Hooking up ecobee3 to existing Mastertrol Mark V system

All,

I am hoping someone can help me out here with an ecobee3 installation on a current Mastertrol Mark V system. Ypu can see the pictures of the wiring here.

I currently have 2 thermostats and 2 dampers. My system has a switch at the furnace to set to heat or AC. So when i turn the upstairs thermostat up or down it kicks on the hear/ac and opens the damper for the upstairs. Same goes for the other thermostat.

Zone 1 is my main floor and zone 2 is my upstairs.

Now at the thermostat there are three wires which goto 4 5 6, there is nothing about the standard w/y/r/... so I am unsure where to go. I do know I will need to get a C wire up to the thermostats but that should be easy because whoever installed it, ran an extra wire hooked up to nothing to both thermostats.

My issue is that when looking at the control board, I see for zone 1, and Zone 2 T4/T5/T6 go to the thermostats, there is some weird splicing going on in the middle, but essentially its just T4/T5/T6 going to the thermostats.

Each thermostat has 2 dead wires going to it. One green wire, and on extra wire I could use for the C wire. Buy I am still unsure which wires hook up to what ones on the ecobee3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
