As part of a home energy audit I had a blower door test completed several months ago. Since then I had a mini split ductless heat pump installed, and then had to get the blower test completed again. The report came back today and says my air change rate decreased from 4.6 to 4.3. However, EnerGuide increased from 75 to 83. I'm assuming a drop from 4.6 to 4.3 is rather insignificant, but what does it mean? Is 4.3 a typical score for a home built in the late 80s?
