Rough-in for AC -- heat pump capable?

I'm building a new construction home through a large national builder. The home comes with a gas furnace in the attic and I opted for the AC rough-in.

It looks like there's a lineset (I totally know what I'm talking about...). The question I have is, is there anything else I should have them do now if I want to install a heat pump instead of a normal AC unit?

I imagine the furnace would be used for the air handler but I don't know if there's any additional wiring that needs to be done either to the thermostat or the furnace.
