I was quoted a 120k btu "Gold 95v," but what got installed was a 100k btu S9V2... A previous install had reduced the size of the return, and I paid to have them reenlarge it, in part because I knew the 120 has a big fan...
They didn't finish the install yet (just a few details left, I haven't been billed), but the new (wrong) unit is working and heating the house. Do I make them pull the unit and put in the one I wanted?
I'm in upstate NY with a 3000 square ft house. The previous unit was a 120k Goodman.
