House AC fans not working.

My house's AC is not working properly and I'm looking for advice and information before I call and pay for a tech to come look at it, so I can have an idea on what to expect.

It went out a week ago and the filter was soaking wet and the coils had condensation on them. I thought maybe to check the drain pipes and see if they were clogged and checked those, and they were all clear. I went to the thermostat to see if the thermostat was working, which it was, and I attempted to see if adjusting the temp 5 degrees lower to see if the unit itself was working. The thermostat clicked and you can hear the click on the unit so I knew it was being activated and can hear the AC unit begin to attempt to work, I think. After some time the outside of the unit began sweating and felt cool to the touch.

I then tested the fan and turned it from "auto" to "on". It appears the fan itself is not working, but the outdoor unit turns on and works as it normally does.

So I assume (I have absolutely zero training or knowledge on ac units) that the fan is bad. Could there be any other issue that I am overlooking? All the breakers are good and have not been tripped, including the one's outside. I appreciate any input and advice. Thank you.
