We had a few problems before. Moisture was accumulating on the inside coils, it then flooded the draining tray, tripped the overflow switch. Tech came out, drained, reset. This was a few years ago.

Things I have tried, these are my findings:
- Inside blower moves air, its neither cold nor warm.
- Outside gets 25V
- Outdoor fan spins, air is neither cold nor warm.
- I believe the compressor runs, it does not seem to be loud. But it does make noise and light vibration.
- Power in is 240V, Power on the back side of the contactor is 240V As you can see the contactor looks rough.
- Compressor leads Ohm out at
1.7 across run and common
4.1 across start and common
5.6 across start and run
- Capacitor reads low resistance and slowly builds to maximum on both FAN and HERM.
- Compressor feels very HOT (after a few minutes of running) to the touch, the large copper line feels barely cooler than ambient.
- Compressor has a crankshaft heater ? Its hot when the unit has been off for many hours.
Any ideas why its 80 in here? I have no idea what I am doing. Thank you for taking the time, apologies for my ignorance.
