A little help with minisplit sizing/Manual J check.

Hello-

I did my own Manual J on my ~1900 square foot 1940s home (2 floors, attic is spray foamed) in Massachusetts. Energy star windows, dense pack on first floor walls. I was wondering if someone could take a quick look to see if anything seems out of the ordinary...roughly 57k heat loss or 30 BTU/sq foot. I primarily did this to get an estimate for sizing minisplits for cooling and shoulder seasons...roughly 30K cooling needs. Mitsubishi's with "hyper heating" would give me 36k cooling and 45k heating which I think would supplement my 1 zone steam system nicely.

I currently can keep the house ~72 degrees in high summer with a 10k window ac at the top of the stairs and another 10k ac in kitchen window. The 2nd floor master tends to get warm so we have our own smaller unit in there. I was thinking a 12K split at top of stairs, a 9k in the kitchen/dining room, and a 6k living room, 6k master. Is this roughly enough capacity? I'm planning on addressing the back office and porch area with window AC's since they are so small.

Also- I have limited wall space- can I mount the splits below windows ~3-4' high?

Thanks.
