Our outside AC unit will not turn on when we set the thermostat. The fan works, but nothing turns on outside on the unit. It just blows neutral feeling air. There is no humming or other sounds. We also tried turning the blades inside the unit manually with a stick to see if the blades keep spinning and they do not. Any advice?
Note: we had the termite inspection company come out today for an annual check up. I don't think he could have hit anything but it is a coincidence it died the same day.
