I posted a few days ago and I'm got some new pics and info so I'd thought I'd try again for some advice.
I had a new 4 ton ac system installed two years ago this June. We turned it on a week ago and we noticed it was leaking into the blower housing. We are of course worried as I can only assume its dripping on and through the furnace, a Carrier Weathermaker 9200.
It's a positive pressure system. I've opened her up to make sure the drain is clear and it is. Ran it again today and it's leaking. This time I pulled the panel that covers the coils to see inside. Peeking in and down there are fins, for lack of a better term, that are open down to the furnace.
Here's an album to all the pics I've taken. https://m.imgur.com/a/YhoEk
Is this leaking normal? Dangerous to my furnace? Something I can fix?
My ac guy wants $200 just to look at it.
Help!!
