Should I demand new lines?

I had a new 2.5 ton Rheem unit and furnace installed in my house yesterday. The previous unit was a Trane high efficiency unit from 1995 that used R-22. On my new install agreement I noticed they were going to reuse the old lines and flush them out, which came ncsrned me as the new system uses r410a. Also the other company I was going to use was planning on using new lines for the new install. So anyway, the company that came tondonthe install yesterday previously agreed to use new lines and I have that in an email, but unnoticed they left the old lines and just sort of spliced/soldered/joined new copper to the old lines so just the ends are new copper and the whole middle section is my old set. This just seems odd and potentially disastrous down the line to me. Should I make them come out and put fully new lines in like we agreed or does this seem right?
