Should I talk about other quotes with contractor?

Hello! I am in the process of getting quotes to install an AC unit (mini split or central) for my apartment. So far I have contacted one company and got a quote from them.

It was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay so I am thinking I will get another company to get a second quote (and maybe a third one to be safe).

Should I disclose that to the first company?

I am in the MA area and the minisplit is around 13k for 3 zones. The central one is coming around 17k. Apt size is 1100 sqft.
