Radiant Floor Heating One Loop too Cold

I have radiant floor heating installed in my house. The contractor messed up and made one loop too big so the water is cold by the time it reaches the back half of the loop and doesn't provide adequate heating. Their proposal is to put in an auxiliary pump for the cold loop to push the water through that loop faster and hopefully the water will be hot in the back half of the loop. Does this sound like a viable plan?
